A $100(+gst) deposit will be required to secure your booking. 

Payment is due in full after delivery of images.

This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 5 days before a session. If you reschedule, you will still lose your deposit, and the deposit amount will be added to your invoice. Some exceptions may apply.  Why is this?

Turn around time is listed in my pricing packages and varies from job to job. If you are not purchasing one of my set packages, turnaround time will be discussed prior to the shoot.

A private proofing page is sent out for portraiture sessions. Proofs are for viewing only and cannot be used for personal or commercial use.
Image selection should be completed within 1 week. Delivery time of your images may need to be extended if you take more than 1 week to complete image selection.

Images are delivered via Google Drive; no account creation or sign is required to access your images. All images must be downloaded to your own computer or hard drive/USB within 2 months of delivery.

If you lose your images and the Google Drive link is no longer available, a $50 retrieval fee will be charged, and images will be supplied within 7 days.

When booking a photoshoot session, you agree that Rachael Michelle is the sole and exclusive owner of all photos and reserves all rights and copyright of the photos. All non-commercial image (headshots, model portfolios, portraits) come with unlimited usage rights.

I have never had to process a refund, and I would like to keep it that way! To ensure complete satisfaction with your photos, we review and discuss images during the session; my goal is to make sure you are happy with the result. If you require changes to the photos or approach or have any concerns, please bring this up during the photo shoot. If any issues or modifications are not discussed during the shoot and the brief has been met, I cannot guarantee a refund.
