A professional headshot is critical these days, especially in the online world. Whether you are a small business owner or run an entire company, it is important to portray your yourself and your team in a friendly and credible way.

Our staff headshot sessions are very relaxed (and even fun)! We can travel to your office (or outdoor location), or alternatively, for smaller teams you can visit our Brunswick studio, complete with an array of extra backdrop colours.

Session Time

On-site we typically need 20 minutes to set up, and will spend about 2-5 minutes with each person (this may vary).

Turn Around Time

A bulk proofing page will be sent out within 48 hours with each person's top 10-20 shots so that they can select their favourite image to be edited. Final retouched images will be delivered within 7-10 business days after all selections have been made.

Space Required

Our lighting setup will require roughly 2 x 5 metres for the best result; however, we can work in smaller areas if there is no alternative.

Backdrop Preferences

We have white, grey, black, bone, pink, green and navy portable backdrops available, and can bring up to 2 on-site. Alternatively, you can have an environmental background, such as your office, a textured wall or outdoors. See examples below.

Parking may be limited for larger groups so we recommend carpooling if you have over 8 people.

The studio space is a terrace shop, and suits teams of 2 - 10 people at once. However, staggered arrivals can be organised. There are a few seating areas in the studio for those waiting to have their headshot taken. There are also great coffee shops nearby too!
