Studio Sessions
Studio shoots are perfect because I can adjust the lighting and background to match your preferences. You can find all the coloured backdrop options under the pricing section below.
My studio is conveniently located at 309 Victoria Street, Brunswick.
Outdoor Sessions
We can take your session outdoors for a more dynamic look. I use natural light, so the best time to shoot is in the late afternoon when the sun is at its lowest. Alternatively, we can stick to the shady areas and achieve great results. Please note that outdoor session are limited to Brunswick area.

If you're looking to add more variety, we can start our session in the studio and then move to the streets of Brunswick for a different backdrop. The streets, buildings and trees offer a range of textures, tones, and colours to explore.
On-site Visits
I prominently work in the studio, for on-site sessions I will send one of my senior photographers.
Package 3 is the minimum booking for on-site sessions and also incur a $400 callout fee which includes lighting, 1-2 backdrops and up to 1hr return travel time.
What to Wear
There are no restrictions on the number of outfits you can bring; having multiple options is always a good idea! Bring a few varied clothing options, keeping in mind the background colours you have decided. Complimentary opposites work well, but black, white, or neutrals generally go with anything if you're unsure. Jackets are great for changing a look, especially to break up the brightness of a white shirt.
I recommend bringing any clothing that fits with your personal brand or business. Consider bringing loose and relaxed clothing if you wish to have seated portraits on the floor or cross-legged.
Ultimately, I always recommend wearing clothing that makes you feel your best. Whether that is professional or casual will depend on your industry. Clothing that compliments your complexion, hair, and eye colour is a good start!
Hair & Makeup Recommendations
Hair and makeup is not included in my packages, please refer to the list of recommendations below.
You are welcome to arrive with hair and makeup already done, or you can hire the studio space before your shoot for $50 per hour.

Unlimited clothing changes

A private proofing gallery sent within 48 hours
Full retouching on your chosen final images (skin, flyaway hairs, bulky clothing, removing distractions/footprints from the background, any requests, etc)
Colour and black and white versions of each image
Web and high resolution versions of each image
7 business day turn around (after the selection process is completed)
Images are delivered via googledrive (no account required)

Why not have a few extras?
If you would like more images than the package offers, extra images are priced at $50 each. These images are edited, polished, and retouched to perfection.
All The Images!
The whole folder of images can be sent to you for $800 and includes anywhere between 200 - 700+ images, provided in web and high resolution. Keep in mind that these images will only have basic tonal & colour corrections (no retouching).
FAQ Time
Can I edit the images myself?
No, sorry (exceptions for publications/agencies/professionals). Handing over unedited images is basically handing over unfinished work. There's also a lot of boring corrections that are essential when working with raw files. You can request a particular look for your final edits, I am happy to match it.
Can I complete the selection process during my session instead of waiting for the proofing page?
Absolutely, as long as you let me know during the booking process so I can allocate time for this during your session and make sure I don't have another client coming.
Can have my hair and makeup done at your studio?
You certainly can, I do charge a studio rate of $50 per hour. The hair & makeup process can take 1-2 hours, which is time I would usually use for another booking.
I want two different looks, can I shave or change my hair halfway through the shoot?
Yep, no problem, don't forget to bring any tools, towels or products that you may require. If you are going to make a drastic change that may take over 20 minutes, please let me know in advance.
How many outfits should I bring?
That depends on which package you choose. I recommend having plenty of options; variation is key. If you don't want to bring a large suitcase to your shoot you can always use a few different jackets to change up each look.
